I would like to thank you for sharing your wealth of knowledge with me last week, enabling me to complete my Shaker Rocking Chair, for me a huge accomplishment, one I have to say that totally surprised me. I never realised that so many different techniques were needed to complete the task along with the many machining skills, most of which were new to me.

The experience was fascinating. They say life is a journey well this is one stop off that should not be missed. Your relaxed teaching style and humour made the week fun one I shall repeat at some point. I feel the need to complete the ‘Windsor’ which we started. I must say steaming and bending of the arm was some challenge.

Thanks for the superb hospitality and the fun Saturday evening at the Greenwood Trust.
